How long do I have access to a rented episode?
Individual episode rentals give you 48-hour access from the time of purchase. You can watch the episode as many times as you like during this period.
What's included in the Complete Series Bundle?
The Complete Series Bundle includes all 3 episodes of Redemption Run with extended 7-day access. You save 33% compared to renting each episode individually ($9.99 vs $14.97).
Can I get a refund on my rental?
Rentals are non-refundable once viewing has begun. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from watching, please contact our support team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal, which supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
Watching Content
What devices can I watch on?
Redemption Run can be streamed on any device with a modern web browser, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. We recommend using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.
Can I download episodes to watch offline?
Currently, we only support streaming. Episodes cannot be downloaded for offline viewing.
Why is the video buffering or not playing?
Video playback issues are usually related to your internet connection. Try refreshing the page, checking your internet speed, or switching to a different browser. For persistent issues, contact support.
Can I watch on multiple devices at the same time?
Your rental is tied to your account and stored in your browser. You can access your rental on multiple devices by logging into your account, but viewing history may not sync between devices.

Do I need an account to rent?
Yes, you need to create a free account to rent and watch content. This helps us track your active rentals and provide you with rental history.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Currently, accounts are stored locally in your browser. If you've forgotten your password, you may need to create a new account. We're working on adding password recovery features.
Why can't I access rentals from Canada?
Redemption Run is available for free to Canadian viewers on CBC Gem. Due to broadcasting agreements, our rental service is not available in Canada.
My rental timer says expired, but I just rented it. What happened?
Rental data is stored in your browser's localStorage. If you cleared your browser data or are using a different browser/device, your rental information may have been lost. Please contact support if this happens.
