2. Service Description

Redemption Run provides digital video rental services. Users may rent individual episodes or bundles for a specified rental period. Rentals are for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Rental Terms

When you rent content from Redemption Run:

• Individual episode rentals provide 48-hour access from the time of purchase
• Bundle rentals provide 7-day access from the time of purchase
• Rentals are non-transferable and non-refundable once viewing has begun
• Content must be streamed; downloading is not permitted

5. Geographic Restrictions

Our rental service is currently available to users outside of Canada. Canadian residents can watch Redemption Run for free on CBC Gem.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Record, copy, or redistribute any content
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content available through Redemption Run, including videos, images, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Tyson Media and its licensors retain all rights to the content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tyson Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
